**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Sales Management: Drive sales growth through effective merchandising, custom quoting, order processing, shipping coordination and timely communication to customers.
- Customer Experience: Foster a welcoming and inclusive environment that prioritizes customer satisfaction and addresses concerns promptly.
- Inventory Management: Oversee inventory levels, ordering, and stock organization to ensure product availability and optimal presentation.
- Visual Merchandising: Collaborate with the team to create visually appealing displays that highlight our product offerings and enhance the shopping experience.

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum 2-3 years of retail management experience, preferably in furniture or home décor.
- Knowledge of furniture trends, design principles and understanding customer preferences.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, along with organizational abilities.
- Proficient in retail management software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Pay: $50,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
