Office & Inventory Manager for Retail Stores

We are looking for a hardworking and enthusiastic applicant to join our team at Coriander as our Inventory & Office Manager. This staff member will be expected to work 30-40 hours per week from our downtown Collingwood location and will report directly to the company owner.

The main focuses of our Inventory Manager will be:

- Work with our buying team, inputting orders into our systems, receiving goods when they arrive and working with our suppliers to solve any challenges
- Being responsible for inventory accuracy and regular reporting
- Manage our office needs which includes: data entry, basic book keeping, banking, general office management

At times, our Inventory Manager may also be expected at times to:

- Work as a sales associate in both of our stores, working directly with clients
- Fill online orders
- Lift heavy boxes and keep our back of house areas safe, organized and clean
- Work on weekends

Our Inventory Manager will be responsible for the back-of-house responsibilities. The job will also involve working with our front-of-house sales teams on the sales floor.

**Salary**: From $22.00 per hour

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability

Supplemental pay types:

- Bonus pay

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Collingwood, ON: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:
