**Overview**

**Duties**
- Assist with data entry and maintain accurate financial records using QuickBooks and other accounting software.
- Perform clerical tasks including filing, typing, and proofreading documents to ensure accuracy.
- Provide customer support by answering inquiries via multi-line phone systems and managing front desk responsibilities.
- Utilize Microsoft Office and Google Workspace for document creation, spreadsheets, and presentations.
- Maintain organized filing systems for both physical and digital documents.
- Collaborate with team members to streamline administrative processes and improve efficiency within the finance department.
- Support bookkeeping activities such as tracking expenses, processing invoices, and preparing financial reports.
- Assist in managing office supplies and coordinating with vendors as needed.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in an office environment; prior administrative or clerical experience is preferred.
- Proficiency in QuickBooks is highly desirable; familiarity with bookkeeping principles is a plus.
- Strong computer skills with a solid understanding of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
- Effective phone etiquette and customer service skills to interact professionally with clients and colleagues.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Previous experience in a medical or dental office setting is advantageous but not mandatory.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

Pay: $27.20-$34.48 per hour
