**Key Accountabilities**
- Assign, plan, and dispatch drivers/contractors, working closely with management and Operations team(s)
- Pay and grow a stable driving team to maintain the goals of MEDLOG TRUCKING
- Develop partnerships to secure hauling opportunities with MEDLOG Logistics team
- Maintain data integrity to ensure that accurate information is available for internal and external terminals
- Oversee contractor performance to ensure customer satisfaction and on time delivery/ within free time allowed at terminals
- Monitor satellites and driver’s progress to avoid delay
- Ensure on time service for all pickups and deliveries
- Prevent empty mileage and have good knowledge about Quebec and Ontario
- Answer incoming customer’s inquiries
- Assign trips and movements in the system
- Ensure placement of trailer pool to support client’s daily requirements
- Report available power/trucks & Driver issues
- Plan and schedule drivers efficiently
- Coordinate with fleet operations to ensure required equipment is available
- Equipment updating in our Transportation Management System

- Container, LTL and FTL experience
- Strong attentions to detail
- Excellent customer service attitude
- Positive attitude and excellent people skills
- Can work autonomously and/or in a team environment
- 2-year experience in a similar role
- Comfortable in a computerized environment
- Resourceful, takes initiative and is able to analyze problems and find solutions

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From $55,000.00 per year
