Dispatcher

**Overview**
We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Dispatcher to join our team. The successful applicant will be responsible for coordinating daily workflow for maintenance and construction crews in the oil and gas industry.
This is a full-time position (10days on 4 days off) with flexibility to cover absences when required. We are searching for a forward thinker to join our team who is comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, with strong organizational and interpersonal skills with the ability to grow through continuous improvement and innovation.
This position will be provided a company vehicle.
Current drivers license and clean drivers abstract required.
**Required skills and Experience**
- Working knowledge of all applicable regulations governing transportation (Hours of Service, pre-trips, DOT regulations)
- Ability to create and maintain professional relationships with all customers, employees, vendors, and management team
- Strong and effective written and verbal communication skills
- Strong computer skills (Microsoft, Google)
- Experience with Amsio considered an asset
- Ability to maintain composure in a fast paced environment
- Must be highly organized and able to multitask
- Ability to adjust priorities on short notice
- Ability to work independently and as a team player
- Minimum 2 years experience in dispatch, operations, logistics, or scheduling
- Exceptional critical thinking and problem solving skills
- High level of attention to detail, with impeccable organizational abilities
- Process driven individual, who excels at executing tasks from conception through to completion
- Professional, prompt communication skills
- A motivated individual with an uncompromising commitment to safety
Pay: $75,000.00-$85,000.00 per year
