Job description

1. Excellent artistic expression ability, cooperate in the formulating of game character style, and output characters with original painting design templates and specifications;
2. Have excellent conceptual planning ability, organize character original paintings and character team members to carry out work;
3. Participate in specific character design tasks, be responsible for the original painting design of the game characters, monsters, equipment, props, etc., review the character design drafts submitted by outsourcing, and guide the outsourcing production;
4. Participate in the review according to the character’s original painting design process and be responsible for the product’s art quality;
5. Accumulate and share character design experience.

Job requirements

1. Art-related majors, profound art skills, and extremely high art appreciation;
2. More than 4 years of experience in original painting for character design, familiar with all aspects of artwork in game development, and experience in leading teams to carry out design work is preferred;
3. Love gaming and the industry, care about game experience, and improve the game experience in collaboration with other departments;
4. Strong comprehensive analysis ability, innovative, accurate understanding of work requirements and efficient completion;
5. Have a strong sense of responsibility and resistance to deadlines/pressure, commitment, and cooperate with the team to achieve goals;
7. Proficient in English as a working language.
