**Description**: We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented intern to join our dynamic team as a Road Supervisor. This position offers hands-on experience in fleet operations and management within the transportation sector. You will work closely with our seasoned fleet managers and gain exposure to the intricacies of maintaining and optimizing a diverse fleet of vehicles.
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist in monitoring and coordinating fleet activities to ensure efficient operations. Learn to schedule and prioritize vehicle maintenance and repairs. Support in tracking fleet performance metrics and preparing reports. Help manage driver schedules and assignments. Gain insight into optimizing multiple variables to reduce operational costs. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve fleet-related issues.

**Requirements**:

- Currently pursuing a degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field is considered an asset. Experience working in the transportation industry is considered an asset - Clean Criminal Record Check with Vulnerable Sector Search and clean driving abstract. Full SGI Class 5 driver's license and legal eligibility to work in Canada. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to effectively communicate in English. Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
