We are looking for experienced QSR supervisors in our A&W locations. We operate 10 locations and each one will have different needs. If there is a particular location you would like to work at, please add that to your application.

This posting is for Saskatoon A&W locations.

Qualifications

Abilities:

  • Maintaining key internal and external relationships with other members of the management team, the A&W Business Manager, restaurant guests, suppliers, and representatives from the Health & Safety Board, Fire Department, and Labor Board.
  • The restaurant's General Managers report directly to the General Manager. Also reporting to this position are all hourly paid team members including other shift supervisors in certain scenarios.
  • The ability to manage and lead a large, diverse, and guest-focused team in a high-volume business environment in which an excellent working environment is a key.
  • The ability to read and understand manuals and operating systems.
  • A proven ability to problem solve, innovate, and implement change to improve the success of the business is also critical.

Physical Requirements:

  • This position requires the employee to stand for an extended period of time (up to 8 hours)
  • Occasionally must lift heavy boxes when dealing with product inventory (max 50 lbs.)
  • Engaging in repetitive tasks such as preparing/assembling orders and products and regular cleaning of restaurant facility
  • Must always be mentally alert to ensure the safety of yourself, co-workers, and guests at all times
  • Maintaining good personal hygiene and appropriate uniform
  • Having the capacity to handle stressful situations

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $16.00-$18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 25 – 40 per week
