Le coordonnateur de programme I (CP I) est un poste de premier échelon. Le CP I coordonne des projets de petite taille, en soutien au chef de projets de consultation et aux autres membres de l'équipe de projets. Le titulaire de ce poste est appelé à contrôler et à surveiller les activités des projets, depuis le début jusqu'à la fin, tout en respectant les normes relatives aux coûts, aux délais, à la portée, à la qualité et à la gestion des risques liés aux projets.

Le coordonnateur de programme I fait partie des équipes de projets à titre de coordonnateur de programme.

**Responsabilités**
- Faciliter la communication au sein de l'équipe et gérer principalement les communications internes; à l'occasion, assurer la liaison avec les commanditaires et les entrepreneurs tiers;
- Planifier et préparer toutes les réunions de l'équipe de projets et y assister, en préparant les ordres du jour et en consignant les discussions de la réunion dans les registres, au besoin;
- Gérer les activités de suivi des réunions, y compris la finalisation et la distribution des procès-verbaux des réunions, ainsi que le suivi des mesures à prendre et des décisions;
- Soutenir la collecte, le classement, le suivi et le transfert de tous les documents liés aux projets;
- Faire le suivi des budgets des projets et apporter un soutien à la fonction financière en ce qui concerne les prévisions et le processus de facturation;
- Soutenir la préparation et l'examen des documents;
- Aider à la préparation, à la compilation, au contrôle de la qualité et à la soumission des documents requis pour un organisme de réglementation ou un commanditaire;
- Préparer des rapports d'état et des rapports d'examen des projets;
- Effectuer les tâches en fonction des instructions détaillées pour chacune des tâches.
- Participer activement à l'apprentissage et au perfectionnement du personnel au sein de l'entreprise.
- Suivre les politiques et les procédures opérationnelles normalisées d'Allucent;
- Appliquer les politiques et procédures de l'entreprise pour résoudre les problèmes courants.
- Assurer une bonne communication et de bonnes relations avec les (futurs) clients; Contribuer et participer aux évaluations et aux visites des clients.
- Contribuer à d'autres secteurs d'activité, au besoin;
- Travailler dans un environnement de bureau, avec capacité de soulever jusqu'à 25 livres, au besoin;
- Déplacements rares à prévoir.

The Program Coordinator I (PC I) is an entry-level position. The PC I coordinates projects of small size, in support to the consulting project lead and other project team members. This position involves controlling and monitoring project activities from initiation through closure while adhering to standards with respect to the cost, time, scope, quality, and risk management aspects of the project.

The Program Coordinator I serves on project teams in the capacity of Program Coordinator.

**Responsibilities**
- Facilitates team communication and primarily manages internal communications; on occasion, liaises with sponsors and third-party contractors
- Schedules and prepares for and attend all project team meetings by preparing agendas and documenting meeting discussions as needed
- Manages meeting follow-up activities, including finalization and distribution of meeting minutes and the tracking of action items and decisions
- Supports the collection, filing, tracking, and transferring of all project documentation
- Tracks project budgets and provides support to the finance functional area with forecasting and the invoicing process
- Supports document preparation and reviews
- Assists in the preparation, compilation, quality control, and submission of documents required for a regulatory body or sponsor
- Prepares status reports and project review reports
- Performs work assignments based on detailed instructions for each task
- Actively participates in staff learning and development within the company
- Follows Allucent policies and standard operating procedures
- Applies company policies and procedures to resolve routine issues
- Assure good communication and relationships with (future) clients
- Contribute and take part in client evaluations and visits
- Contribute to other areas of business as required
- Office environment with ability to lift up to 25 pounds, if required
- Rare travel involved
