**Job Summary**

**Responsibilities**
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival and assist with check-in and check-out procedures.
- Respond promptly to guest inquiries and requests, ensuring their needs are met efficiently.
- Provide information about hotel amenities, services, and local attractions.
- Handle guest complaints with professionalism and resolve issues in a timely manner.
- Maintain accurate records of guest interactions and transactions using hotel management software.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences.
- Uphold high standards of cleanliness and organization at the front desk area.
- Assist with phone inquiries, reservations, and managing phone systems effectively.
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area, ensuring all necessary supplies are stocked and any other tasks that are required for smooth operation.

**Experience**
- Previous experience in customer service or hospitality is preferred, particularly in a hotel or front desk setting.
- Strong communication skills with an emphasis on phone etiquette and guest services.
- Multilingual or bilingual abilities are a plus, enhancing our ability to serve diverse guests.
- Familiarity with hotel management software is advantageous but not required; training will be provided.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
- A positive attitude, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment are essential for success in this role.

Pay: $17.20-$18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35 - 44 per week

Additional pay:

- Overtime pay
