As a SME, you can expect your ideas and opinion to be heard by management.

The Financial analyst will be responsible for managing our commission system, collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams, put forth new ideas and contribute to a dynamic organization.

Are you a Financial Analyst and/or Accounting, with strong detailed oriented skill set and sound analytical skills? Are you a bilingual, smart, curious, well organized, detail-oriented person? Then Boscus is for you.

Your role:

- Lead commissions reports; build and maintain commission system.
- Provide managerial reports to help the business manage operations and other KPI.
- Support internal customers in the development of action plans and monitor results.
- Conduct ad hoc analysis to explain results and identify opportunities.
- Participate in the business case for new projects and make recommendations on them.

What you bring:

- Bachelor’s degree in finance or accounting.
- 3-5 years of experience in a financial role. CPA Title
- Experience in a fast-paced industry/ SME
- Detailed oriented, results-oriented with a focus on delivering high quality work.
- Good knowledge of Excel (intermediate level, mastery of basic functions as well as v-search formulas, pivot table);
- Experience with PowerBI considered an asset.
- We require all our employees to be proficient in French, spoken and written.

**Salary**: From $65,000.00 per year
