**About this role**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
- Analyze financial data to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for process improvements.
- Utilize advanced Power BI, Access, and Excel skills to create, update, and optimize dashboards, data models, and complex reports that support business decision-making.
- Continuously work to enhance and automate reporting processes using advanced features in Power BI and Access to streamline workflows and reduce manual effort.
- Collaborate with other departments (e.g., sales, operations, and IT) to gather financial data, identify trends, and improve business processes.
- Perform ad-hoc financial analysis and provide recommendations based on business needs or specific projects.

**Qualifications**:

- Accounting Diploma or related qualification from a recognized university or college.
- Minimum two years working experiences in accounting area, preferred in auditing firm.
- Expertise in Power BI for data visualization, report creation, and dashboard management is mandatory.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (formulas, pivot tables, macros, VBA, etc.).
- Strong experience with Microsoft Access (queries, database management, reporting, etc.).

**Competencies**:

- Experience in the development and maintenance of automated financial reporting solutions.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a proactive approach to identifying areas for improvement.
- Ability to communicate and collaborate with various internal departments to collect relevant data and parameters, ensuring accurate and comprehensive analysis.
- Passionate about working with data and eager to grow in data-focused career, contributing to business growth as a trusted business partner.
- CFA designation is considered an asset.
