**Duties**
- Prepare, bake, and decorate a variety of pastries, breads, and baked goods.
- Create and form pastries with precision and consistency, ensuring high-quality standards.
- Manage daily baking operations, including measuring, mixing, and portioning ingredients.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the team to ensure timely replenishment of baking supplies.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to all health and safety regulations.
- Operate and maintain baking equipment in good working condition.
- Collaborate with team members to develop and introduce new pastry ideas or seasonal items.
- Handle customer orders and requests with attention to detail and professionalism.

**Qualifications**
- Previous experience in pastry making is a must.
- Strong knowledge of food handling practices and food safety regulations.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment while maintaining high-quality standards.
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with team members and customers.
- A passion for baking and creativity in developing new recipes is essential.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including early mornings or weekends as needed.
