This role **requires a valid Class 3 licence with MANUAL (standard transmission) experience**.

You must be **confident and comfortable driving standard transmission tandem dump trucks**.

If you **cannot drive standard**, this position will **NOT** be a fit.

**Job Summary**

This is a **fast-paced commercial operation**. We are looking for operators who show up, communicate clearly, and stay productive during active storms.

**Winter Responsibilities (Commercial Snow Removal)**
- Driving a **Class 3 manual tandem dump truck** for commercial snow hauling
- Working high-demand commercial sites during storm cycles
- Maintaining efficient turnaround times and steady productivity
- Rotating into skid steer operation when required (asset)
- Storm-dependent schedule — evenings, overnights, early mornings
- Depending on conditions: night shift, day shift, or both

All units are GPS-tracked for safety, route verification, and productivity.

**Summer / Full-Time Opportunity**

For operators who demonstrate **reliability, strong work ethic, and skill**, this role may transition into **full-time, year-round work**, including:

- Tandem hauling with skid steer + attachments
- Towing trailers
- Excavation and material hauling
- Concrete site prep and support
- Operating independently once trained

**Requirements (Non-Negotiable)**
- Valid **Class 3 licence (manual / standard transmission)**
- Confident driving **manual tandem dump trucks**
- Ability to work efficiently and safely
- Comfortable with storm hours (overnights / early mornings)
- Strong reliability and communication

**Assets (Preferred, Not Required)**
- Skid steer experience (snow and/or excavation)
- Trailer towing experience
- Plowing experience

**Compensation**
- $25-$35/hr depending on experience and capability
- Higher wages for operators with **both truck + skid steer skills**
