**Duties**:

- Provide customer support by addressing inquiries and resolving issues
- Assist with data entry, filing, and maintaining office records
- Maintain a clean and organized office environment

**Experience**:

- Previous experience in clerical or office duties A MUST
- Proficient in computerized systems for data entry and file management
- Strong organizational skills required
