**Job Summary**:
The inspectors follows a predetermined maintenance schedule as well as respond to ad-hoc clients requests in order to ensure the facilities proper functioning and maintenance at all times

**Reports to**: Supervisor

Daily visit to sites and perform visual inspection of the facilities

Document and report and defect or anomalies

Communicate and coordinate with the client for repair

Receive vendor, explain issues, supervise and inspect, and test repair

Communicate information and progress to internal management and the client

Other related tasks

**Job Requirement**

Valid Quebec Driver license

Very good communication spoken and written

French is mandatory, English is an asset

Experience in quality inspection, preferably in construction or building

Able to use tablets and softwares

Pass background checks

Experience in building inspection or maintenance is a strong asset
