**The Epicurean Restaurant is looking for Prep Cooks in Niagara on the Lake, ON**

As a **prep cook for the Epicurean**, you will be responsible for following recipes and accommodate to the fluctuations of the business’ volume in season and off season. Must work flexible hours including weekends. Must work well unsupervised and can handle pressure as well as lending a hand should the line require assistance.

**In order to qualify for our prep cook, you must have the following requirements**:

- Must have previous experience in this field.
- Must have knife skills and be hands on.
- Must have the ability to multitask as well as under pressure in a fast paced environment.
- Must follow recipes accordingly for product consistency
- Ability to accept orders and put orders away along with using the FIFO method.

Our cuisine is mainly Mediterranean based on fresh food locally produced and cooked by a very talented culinary team.
