As a First Aid Instructor, you will be responsible for teaching individuals the necessary skills and knowledge to provide immediate medical assistance in emergency situations. **Duties**:

- Conducting first aid training sessions for individuals or groups
- Developing lesson plans and instructional materials
- Demonstrating proper techniques for administering first aid
- Providing hands-on training and guidance to participants
- Evaluating participants' performance and providing constructive feedback
- Ensuring a safe learning environment during training sessions
- Keeping up-to-date with the latest first aid protocols and guidelines
- Collaborating with other instructors and healthcare professionals

**Skills**:

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and French
- Strong classroom management skills to effectively engage participants
- Ability to adapt teaching methods to accommodate different learning styles
- Proficient computer skills for creating instructional materials and presentations
- Bilingual proficiency in English and French is preferred but not required
- Knowledge of basic math concepts for teaching dosage calculations

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a First Aid Instructor or similar role
- Certification in First Aid Instruction (e.g., Red Cross Instructor Certification and Canadian Heart and Stroke Foundation)
