**Join Park Paving Ltd.**, one of Alberta’s leading construction companies, and help us build a safer, more skilled workforce. We’re looking for a full-time **Heavy Equipment Operator Trainer** to lead and support operator development programs.

**What You'll Be Doing**:
As our **HEO Trainer**, you’ll deliver hands-on and classroom training for a range of equipment, including:

- **Dozer**:

- **Excavator**:

- **Grader**:

- **Skid Steer**:

- **Loader**:

- **Forklift**:

- **RT Backhoe**:

- **Packer**

You’ll assess operator skills, deliver practical coaching, and promote safe, efficient operating practices. This position works closely with Safety, HR, and Operations to support onboarding, retraining, and workforce development year-round.

**What We're Looking For**:

- 7+ years of experience operating heavy equipment in construction or roadbuilding
- In-depth knowledge of Alberta OH&S regulations and safe operating procedures
- Proven experience training, mentoring, or evaluating operators
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Experience in digital / classrooM/Field training delivery for classes up to 15 students
- Valid Class 5 Driver’s License (Class 3 or 1 preferred)
- Certifications such as Train-the-Trainer or forklift trainer are strong assets
