As an IT Service Desk Technician, you will be providing Global Excel employees and corporate clients timely and useful technical assistance on their computer environment, including mobile devices and other tech products.

**What does your typical day look like?**
- Take charge of provisioning, configuration, and deployment of new systems and computers;
- Investigate user problems, identify their source, determine possible solutions, test and implement solutions;
- Provide support in person, over the phone or remotely.

**What skills and experience are we looking for?**:

- College, DEC/AEC in technologies with 1 or more years of experience with technical support or relevant experience;
- Experience in a relevant IT field would be an asset;
- Available for on-call duties.
