Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Mortgage Coach with a strong background in underwriting, sales, and broker development to support the growth and performance of our brokerage. This role is ideal for a leader who is passionate about mentorship, accountability, and helping brokers succeed through structured training and hands on support.

Key Responsibilities:
Broker Training & Coaching
- Deliver in-depth training on underwriting processes and sales skills
- Conduct advanced underwriting sessions, live case reviews, and real-time deal support
- Lead interactive sales workshops focused on client acquisition, relationship building, and deal conversion
- Support brokers in moving through the pipeline toward a trailer model

Onboarding & Education
- Facilitate structured onboarding programs for new brokers
- Provide training on underwriting principles, sales techniques, internal systems, and workflows
- Host and coordinate lender training sessions to educate brokers on products, expectations, and best practices

Business Planning & Systems
- Assist brokers in developing and refining business plans
- Use Zoho CRM to track broker performance, strategies, and progress
- Maintain accurate broker profiles, including SWOT analyses
- Ensure internal communication is conducted through Companies Business tools

Accountability & Performance
- Implement accountability frameworks to support broker growth goals
- Track underwriting volumes, sales performance, and pipeline movement
- Support brokers in improving consistency, quality, and long-term sustainability

Recruitment & Retention
- Support broker recruitment efforts
- Contribute to broker retention through relationship management and ongoing support
- Help maintain underwriting volume and client satisfaction across the brokerage

Compensation
- To be discussed upon

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $43,089.49-$90,000.00 per year
