Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Mortgage Broker to join our team. As a Mortgage Broker, you will play a crucial role in assisting clients with their mortgage needs and providing exceptional customer service. This is an exciting opportunity to work in the financial services industry and help individuals achieve their homeownership goals.

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist clients in obtaining mortgage loans by analyzing their financial situation and recommending suitable mortgage products
- Collaborate with lenders to negotiate favorable loan terms on behalf of clients
- Guide clients through the mortgage process, ensuring they understand all aspects of the loan agreement
- Provide ongoing support and assistance to clients throughout the loan closing process
- Stay up-to-date on industry regulations and changes in mortgage lending practices

**Experience**:

- Previous experience as a Mortgage Broker or in a similar role within the financial services industry is preferred
- Strong knowledge of mortgage products, loan processes, and lending regulations
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to explain complex financial concepts in a clear and concise manner
- Only English is required
- Proficient in using computer software programs such as Microsoft Excel for financial calculations and analysis
- Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to assess client financial situations and recommend appropriate mortgage solutions

**Compensation: 100% comission based (higher splits than anyone else)**

We offer a very competitive commission structure that is higher than the rest guaranteed Come join our dynamic team and watch your business soar.

Fully commission-based salary structure with potential earnings ranging from $100,000.00 to $200,000.00 per year.

**MUST HAVE SUB-MORTGAGE BROKER LICENSE**

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent, Fixed term contract, Casual, Seasonal, Freelance, Apprenticeship, Internship / Co-op
Contract length: 3 months

Pay: Up to $140,000.00 per year

Expected hours: 1 - 50 per week
