**Position Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct one-on-one and group tutoring sessions tailored to individual student needs in Chemistry & Biology.
- Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that promote scientific inquiry and understanding.
- Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback.
- Create a positive and encouraging learning environment.
- Communicate regularly with students and parents regarding progress and goals.
- Stay updated on best practices in science education.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in chemistry or biology, education, or a related field (preferred).
- Previous experience in tutoring or teaching Chemistry and Biology.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to adapt teaching methods to accommodate diverse learning styles.
- Enthusiasm for teaching and a commitment to student success.
