**Key Responsibilities**:

- Technical Expertise: Must be able diagnostic tool, prepare estimates, create repair orders and follow up with customers.
- Customer Interaction: Communicate effectively with customers to understand their needs, provide updates on repair status, and offer professional advice on maintenance and repair options.
- Workflow Assistance: Support the supervisor in overseeing the daily operations of the service department, including scheduling, prioritizing tasks, and ensuring efficient workflow.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with other technicians and staff to ensure a cohesive and productive work environment.

**Qualifications**
- Completed high school or GED. Post-secondary education is an asset.
- Technical knowledge of trucks is required
- Must have a valid driver's licenses and a clean driver's abstract
- Must be computer literate - be able to use Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and be able to learn a new computer program. Previous experience with CDK is an asset.
- Strong interpersonal skills, customer service skills, and troubleshooting skills
- A good team player, has a sense of urgency and has the ability to multi-task
