**Aventas** is seeking a motivated Sales Representative to represent our company and promote our products and services. If you enjoy engaging with customers both online and in person, we want to hear from you

In this role, you will attend trade shows, events, and one-on-one interactions with existing customers to showcase our offerings, boost our brand awareness, and generate new sales opportunities.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Build and maintain trusting relationships with potential customers.
- Understand our products and services to effectively communicate their value.
- Meet sales targets and deadlines.
- Act as our company spokesperson at events/trade shows.
- Analyze market potential and track sales progress.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop promotional strategies.
- Provide feedback to management on customer trends and market needs.

**What We’re Looking For**:

- Retail sales experience is a plus.
- High school diploma required, Bachelor’s degree in Business/BComm or a related field preferred.
- Outgoing and friendly personality with a knack for meeting new people.
- Professional demeanor and strong communication skills.
- Quick learner with a passion for sales.
- Self-motivated and results-oriented.
