We are looking for a full-time
**Inside Maintenance Technician** to join our team at our Berkshire London Residential Rental location.

About the Role:

- The Inside Maintenance Technician will work collaboratively with team members and are responsible for performing repairs and maintenance of the residential units and buildings in Sifton’s London portfolio including light bulb replacement, garbage collection, and maintenance shop clean up.
- The Inside Maintenance Technician will complete all work orders in a timely manner with a professional and helpful approach to customers service.

Experience & Qualifications:

- Demonstrated mechanical aptitude, and ability to multi-task and complete basic maintenance repairs.
- Related building maintenance experience is preferred.
- Possess a positive customer service focus and enjoy interactions with customers.
- Self-motivated and able to work within a team environment.
- Prior safety training, demonstrated safety awareness and knowledge of safe working procedures.
- A valid driver’s license and dependable vehicle.
- Must supply CSA approved safety footwear.
- Must be able to pass at criminal background check.
