About The Role
- The Inside Maintenance Technician will work collaboratively with team members and is responsible for performing repairs and maintenance of the residential units and buildings in Sifton's London portfolio, including light bulb replacement, garbage collection, and maintenance shop clean-up.
- The Inside Maintenance Technician will complete all work orders in a timely manner with a professional and helpful approach to customer service.
Experience
- Demonstrated mechanical aptitude and ability to multitask and complete basic maintenance repairs.
- Related building maintenance experience is preferred.
- Possess a positive customer service focus and enjoy interactions with customers.
- Self-motivated and able to work within a team environment.
- Prior safety training, demonstrated safety awareness and knowledge of safe working procedures.
- Must supply CSA-approved safety footwear.
- Dependable vehicle.
- Must provide a satisfactory current background check.
- Must be available to work a rotational on-call schedule as required.
