**This position will be primarily working 1:30pm - 10pm shifts.**

**Responsibilities**:

- General building maintenance for the hotel and surrounding areas.
- Perform maintenance operations such as carpentry, painting, plumbing, and general repairs as per the request of the Maintenance Manager.
- Routine maintenance of pool and hot tub.
- Responding to guest maintenance requests in a timely and professional manner.
- Completion of other maintenance projects as assigned.

**Qualifications**:

- 2 years maintenance experience in a similar environment.
- General experience with plumbing, carpentry, electrical, cleaning, painting, HVAC and mechanical issues.
- Competent with hand and power tools.
- Excellent communication, organizational and customer service skills.
- Ability to work under mínimal supervision.
- Ability to work in a Team oriented environment.
- High level of energy, team player and positive personality.
- Must be able to speak, read, write and understand the primary language(s) used in the workplace.
- Demonstrate and promote a strong commitment to providing the best possible experience for our guests and employees.

**This Position has physical requirements**:
Must be able to stand and exert well-paced ability for up to 8 hours in length. Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. and push and pull carts and equipment on a regular and continuing basis. Must be able to bend, stoop, squat and stretch to fulfill projects that need to be completed and daily operations.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: Up to $23.50 per hour
