MWH Contracting is an architectural-focused construction company specializing in high-end residential renovations and new builds. Due to our continued growth, we are looking to add **two skilled Carpenters** to our team.

**About the Role**:
As a **Carpenter at MWH Contracting**, you’ll be responsible for executing high-quality carpentry work, collaborating with other trades, and ensuring projects are delivered on time and to specification. You’ll work closely with our Site Leads to uphold the company’s standards.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Execute framing, finishing, and specialized carpentry tasks with precision.
- Read and interpret blueprints and project specifications.
- Ensure work meets quality standards and client expectations.
- Work closely with other tradespeople and subcontractors to deliver seamless projects.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Support junior team members and apprentices.
- Complete daily logs and site reports to track progress.
