MWH Contracting is an architectural-focused construction company specializing in high-end residential renovations and new builds. Our projects are designed with precision, and we are committed to delivering outstanding quality and craftsmanship. Due to our continued growth, we are looking to add **two skilled Carpenters** to our team.

**About the Role**:
As a **Carpenter at MWH Contracting**, you’ll be responsible for executing high-quality carpentry work, collaborating with other trades, and ensuring projects are delivered on time and to specification. You’ll work closely with our Site Leads to uphold the company’s standards.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Execute framing, finishing, and specialized carpentry tasks with precision.
- Read and interpret blueprints and project specifications.
- Ensure work meets quality standards and client expectations.
- Work closely with other tradespeople and subcontractors to deliver seamless projects.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Support junior team members and apprentices.
- Complete daily logs and site reports to track progress.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $25.00-$35.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

Additional pay:

- Overtime pay

Flexible language requirement:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- No weekends
- Overtime

- Construction: 1 year (preferred)
