**Job Description**:
Responsible for establishing, replenishing, and maintaining of Product Development Raw Material Inventory in Toronto location. Supporting Product Development Raw Material Inventory needs in Winnipeg. Monthly reporting of materials ordered and used. Collaborating with Design and Product Development teams in ordering and collecting RM for prototypes. This role requires high level of communication with Product Development and Pattern Making team as well as strong project management and timeline skills.

**Focus**
- To develop new styles and update existing styles
- To cut all components of prototype
- Keep RM inventory at operational stock level.
- Maintain consistency among new and carryover styles

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Organizing, identifying & labeling of all Raw Materials for easy identification and location
- Compile and maintain records of quantity, type, and value of fabric and trims
- Update, organize and manage Sample Room fabric inventory
- Perform inventory counts and create requisitions for additional supplies, ensuring sufficient materials on hand for prototyping
- Order outstanding RMs from Material Development team if needed
- Verify receipts and packing slips.
- Support and backfill as needed pre construction product coordinator, cutting & down filling
- Supporting Design & Product Development teams with RM samples
- Supporting PD Raw Material Inventory needs in Winnipeg
- Generate from PLM Raw Material requests for Prototypes
- Prepare trim bag for offshore vendor sampling requested by PD
- Develop close relationship with cross functional partners: PD, TD, MD, QA, CGW sample room team
- Any and all duties as maybe assigned by Supervisor

**Experience, Education and Designations**:

- 2 years of working experience within a fabric/trims/outwear development role/pattern maker role or related position
- A Degree in Design is an asset

**Knowledge, Skills, and Attributes**:

- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office: Excel and Word. Adobe illustrator is an asset
- Demonstrated ability to take initiative to achieve departmental and corporate objectives
- Ability to prioritize day to day work activities according to the department/business needs
- Knowledge of line merchandising and product construction
- Strong time management and multitasking skills
- Ability to work as a team and maintain a high level of professionalism and discretion
