**Responsibilities**
- Receive incoming orders from clients and vendors, sorting them by project and tracking missing/backordered items.
- Manage material orders by individual projects, interfacing with client warehouse managers, our Project Managers and Coordinators, and our subcontractors to ensure all materials are ready for project execution.
- Manage the sourcing and procurement of non-client-provided materials to meet our projects' needs.
- Ensuring optimal stock levels of consumables are maintained.
- Utilize our inventory management software to ensure that incoming and outgoing items are tracked and accounted for.
- Maintain an organized yard and warehouse.
- Operate a skid steer forklift to offload deliveries.

**Skills**
- Strong understanding of materials management principles and practices.
- Experience in sourcing materials effectively while managing costs.
- Proven ability to drive process improvement initiatives within the supply chain.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in managing inventory levels.
- Ability to work collaboratively with various departments and third-party organizations to achieve operational goals.
- Ability to work independently and be self-driven with mínimal direct oversight.

This role is essential for maintaining the flow of materials necessary for our crews to work while ensuring efficiency and cost-effectiveness in all operations.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $26.00-$28.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
