**Position Overview**:
The Warehouse Order Picker plays a key role in ensuring our craft beer reaches customers accurately, on time, and in top condition. This position involves picking, packing, and staging orders, maintaining inventory accuracy, and supporting daily warehouse operations.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Accurately pick and assemble customer and internal orders according to pick lists or order sheets.
- Ensure all products are handled carefully to maintain quality standards, especially for beer and beverage products.
- Prepare orders for shipment, including wrapping pallets, labeling, and staging for delivery or pickup.
- Conduct regular inventory counts and report discrepancies to the Warehouse Supervisor.
- Assist in loading and unloading trucks using pallet jacks or forklifts (training provided if required).
- Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and compliant with safety regulations.
- Follow all company policies, health & safety procedures, and AGLC guidelines for handling alcohol.

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- Previous warehouse, logistics, or order-picking experience is an asset (not mandatory - training provided).
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work on your feet for extended periods.
- Good attention to detail and accuracy in order fulfillment.
- Basic understanding of warehouse inventory systems is an asset.
- Forklift or pallet jack experience is an asset (certification preferred).
- Positive, team-oriented attitude with strong communication skills.

**Schedule**:

- Full-time position; typical hours Monday-Friday, with occasional evenings or weekends based on operational needs.
