**Duties Include**:

- Back of House_
- Scaling and assisting with production of fillings as required
- Assist with Bread production, both sourdough and pan breads
- Prepare daily sandwiches every morning and, as required, throughout the day
- Assist with food prep which includes: cleaning, peeling and slicing of vegetables and fruit
- Assist with daily cleaning including: sweeping, mopping and washing dishes
- Clean and sanitize kitchen including work surfaces, cupboards, storage areas, appliances and equipment
- Receive, unpack and store supplies in refrigerators, freezers, cupboards and other storage areas
- Remove kitchen garbage and trash
- Front of House_
- Prepare and serve high-quality coffee and other beverages, including lattes, cappuccinos and teas. Ability to make latte art is preferred.
- Communicate with customers to take orders, answer questions, and provide recommendations on drinks and food items. Ensure customer satisfaction by providing exceptional customer.
- Operate coffee brewing equipment, grinders, bread slicer and other kitchen appliances safely and efficiently.
- Package baked goods for takeout.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, including the coffee bar, equipment, and storage areas.

**Experience**:
1 - 2 years experience in a bakery would be preferred.

**Schedule**:
Pay: $15.00-$17.00 per hour
