Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in ABAP programming and SAP development.
- Experience in developing custom ABAP programs, reports, interfaces, and enhancements.
- Proficient in SAP Fiori and SAPUI5 development, with experience in creating modern and responsive user interfaces.
- Familiarity with SAP's development tools and environments, such as ABAP Workbench, SAP Web IDE, and SAP GUI.
- Knowledge of object-oriented programming principles and design patterns.
- Understanding of SAP architecture, data structures, and integration techniques.
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and debugging skills.
- Certification in SAP ABAP (e.g., SAP Certified Development Associate - ABAP) or SAP Fiori/SAPUI5 development is preferred.

Key job responsibilities
- Analyze and understand business requirements, functional specifications, and design documents to develop custom solutions and enhancements.
- Develop custom ABAP programs, reports, interfaces, and enhancements to extend or modify the standard SAP functionality.
- Create and maintain custom user interfaces using SAP Fiori and SAPUI5 technologies, ensuring a modern and intuitive user experience.
- Collaborate with functional consultants and business analysts to translate business requirements into technical solutions and user interface designs.
- Perform unit testing, integration testing, and debugging to ensure the quality and functionality of the developed solutions.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to other team members on ABAP programming and Fiori development best practices.
- Document custom code, interfaces, and technical solutions for future reference and maintenance.
- Experience in SAP implementation projects, particularly in the manufacturing or high-tech industry.
- Knowledge of agile development methodologies and practices.
- Familiarity with SAP Cloud Platform and cloud-based development.
- Experience in performance tuning and optimization of ABAP programs.
