**Summary**
We are seeking a Host/Busser to join our dynamic team at the Park Town Hotel. In this role, you will play a vital part in ensuring our guests receive outstanding service while enjoying their dining experience. Your contributions will help maintain our reputation for excellence in hospitality.
**Responsibilities**
- Greet and welcome guests as they arrive at the restaurant.
- Assist with seating arrangements and ensure a smooth flow of service.
- Support servers by clearing tables, refilling drinks, and delivering food items as needed.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas and workstations.
- Communicate effectively with kitchen staff to ensure timely service.
- Provide exceptional customer service to enhance guest satisfaction.
**Requirements**:
- Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality environment is preferred.
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly demeanor.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and non-verbal.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends.
