**Your Key Responsibilities**:

- Process alarm signals quickly, accurately, and professionally, even in high-pressure situations
- Dispatch the proper authorities, verify that assistance is en route and notify subscribers.
- Maintain precise records of all alarm responses in our computer systems.
- Uphold the utmost confidentiality regarding sensitive information.
- Embrace new software and multitask effectively to complete various tasks.

**Qualifications We Seek**:

- Proficiency in both English and French is a valuable asset.
- Willingness to work rotating shifts, including days, afternoons, overnights, weekends, and statutory holidays.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in delivering exceptional customer service is highly regarded.
- Exhibit composure in a fast-paced environment, especially during high-pressure situations.
- Intermediate computer skills, including strong data entry and keyboarding capabilities.
- Must successfully pass pre-employment testing.
- Must provide a criminal record check that meets management's approval.
