**Responsibilities**:

- Monitor emergency alarm systems and promptly respond to incoming alarms
- Assess the nature of the emergency and determine the appropriate response
- Dispatch emergency personnel, such as police, fire, or medical services, as needed
- Maintain accurate records of all alarm activations and responses
- Coordinate with other departments or agencies involved in emergency response efforts
- Stay updated on emergency protocols, procedures, and regulations
- Provide support and guidance to individuals in distress until help arrives

**Experience**:

- Previous experience in emergency management or a related field is preferred
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to make quick decisions under pressure
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to remain calm and composed in high-stress situations
- Proficient in using computer systems and software for alarm monitoring and dispatching

Pay: $20.00-$24.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 per week

- Secondary School (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Security Guard Licence (preferred)
- Driving Licence (preferred)

Willingness to travel:

- 100% (preferred)
