Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:

- Quality Control: Inspect each dish as it leaves the kitchen, ensuring it is correctly assembled, properly garnished, and follows established recipes and plating guidelines.
- Accuracy & Procedure Compliance: Verify that orders are complete, include the correct modifications, and adhere to any specific customer requests before being sent to tables.
- Expediting: Organize and prioritize orders to ensure timely and efficient service, working closely with the kitchen team and servers to maintain smooth operations.
- Communication: Act as the bridge between the kitchen and the front-of-house team, clearly relaying any corrections, delays, or special requests.
- Speed & Agility: Work quickly to inspect and pass food to the appropriate runner while keeping the expediting station clean and organized.
- Problem-Solving: Identify and correct errors before food reaches guests, proactively addressing any discrepancies.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: From $17.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 per week

Flexible language requirement:

- French not required

Schedule:

- Holidays
- Monday to Friday
- No weekends
