Ensure the complete handling of the immigration process, sometimes internally, sometimes with partners- Work directly with managers and employees to obtain documents and information- Produce official documents and forms to be submitted to government authorities to obtain or renew work permits for Quebec and Ontario- In support of employees on work permits, ensure compliance of immigration files and status follow-up- Provide support to managers and employees on immigration challenges encountered before hiring or during employment, in order to identify the best possible solutions- Respond to government audits, consolidate the required information and provide applicable documents in a timely manner- Occasionally produce analyses and statistics in relation to immigration operations- Coordinate more complex cases with immigration suppliers.

What you bring to the table- Bachelor's degree in an appropriate discipline-
- Please note that other combinations of qualifications and relevant experience may be considered- Member in good standing of the Quebec Bar or Certified Immigration Consultant RCIC and RQCI- Strong communication skills in both French and English, both oral and written due to the nature of the duties or work tools or because the position involves interactions with english-speaking partners, members and/or clients.- Good knowledge of economic immigration rules in Quebec- Up-to-date knowledge of immigration law and ethics
