**About Us**

Juewei Food is one of China’s largest marinated food brands, with over 16,000 stores globally. As we continue expanding our presence in the Canadian market, we are seeking a **Marketing Manager** to lead our local marketing team and help grow our brand influence and retail performance.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Lead and manage the marketing department’s day-to-day operations;
- Develop and implement annual marketing plans, promotional strategies, and budgets;
- Plan and execute promotional campaigns, in-store activities, seasonal events, and brand collaborations;
- Work closely with major grocery chains (such as T&T, FoodyMart, and Save on Foods) to manage shelf displays, product placements, and joint promotions;
- Supervise and schedule in-store demo staff, and monitor promotional effectiveness;
- Collect and analyze consumer feedback and sales data to improve marketing strategies;
- Collaborate with sales, production, and operations teams to ensure seamless campaign execution;
- Report marketing performance to management on a regular basis.

**Qualifications**
- Minimum 2 years of marketing management experience in the food & beverage or retail industry in Canada;
- Familiarity with Canadian consumer behavior and local grocery market dynamics;
- Strong leadership and team management skills;
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Mandarin;
- Strong planning, organizational, and analytical abilities;
- Must hold a valid work permit, PR, or Canadian citizenship.

Pay: $6,200.00-$6,800.00 per month
