Assistant Manager

As an Assistant Manager, you will manage the daily operations of the restaurant. You will hire and train the kitchen staff and service staff, and ensure sanitation, cleanliness, and brand standard routines are followed. You will be responsible for ordering food and beverage supplies and look to achieve optimal pricing and meet budgeted costs. You will ensure the food is prepared correctly and quickly while achieving excellent customer service for our guests.

- Assist with the tracking of sales, invoicing, and managing inventory
- Strive for maximum efficiency and continual improvement of staff productivity
Qualifications for a Manager
- 2+ years of experience working as a full-service restaurant supervisor/manager
- Must have experience working both front-of-house and back-of-house
- Valid Food Handler and Smart Serve certifications
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to effectively communicate with staff and management
- Superior attention to detail
- Proficient with budgeting
- Available to work weekends, holidays, and frequent late nights
- Expert in hiring staff
- Ability to follow opening and closing duties as Manager on Duty
Salary starts from $40,000+ with benefits. Competitive salary and benefits are provided depending on experience and capability.
