**What You'll Do**

Work alongside our operations manager by overseeing the operations of our delivery teams
Assist with the planning and routing of our Commercial and House hold routes
Working with our dispatch team to manage our fleet with respect to preventative maintenance, repair, safety and costing
Assign and schedule our driver teams to optimize our resources
Support our Commercial and House hold crews throughout the day regarding any truck related issues that may arise

Ensure all team members follow AMJ Campbell’s safety and compliance standards and expectations

Actively observe our driver teams throughout the day to ensure they are meeting their arrival times

Administrative support and other duties as required

**Salary**: $40,000.00-$45,000.00 per year
