**Job Summary**

**Duties**
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies that align with company goals.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.
- Manage key accounts, build strong relationships with clients, and ensure their needs are met.
- Negotiate contracts with clients to secure profitable agreements.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to create promotional materials that support sales initiatives.
- Visit customers on a regular basis.
- All sales are to repeat customers.
- No retail selling.

**Experience**
- Proven experience in a sales.
- Must have experience in the door & window industry.
- Strong background in business development with a focus on technical sales preferred.
- Excellent analytical skills to assess market conditions and make data-driven decisions.
- Exceptional negotiation skills with a track record of closing deals successfully.

Pay: $80,000.00-$120,000.00 per year
