Salary Range: $85,000/yr - $100,000/yr plus benefits.

Work Shifts: Monday to Friday

**Responsibilities**:

- Contract administration and risk management
- Review blueprints, specifications, and other project documents
- Develop and maintain detailed project budgets
- Manage of electronic documents and correspondence
- Quotations and change order management
- Invoicing and collections
- Collaborate with other leaders on continuous improvement initiatives
- Develop and maintain written standards and processes
- Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and clients to ensure project success
- Maintain strong relationships with clients and build a solid customer base
- Other duties as needed

**Requirements**:

- Engineering Technologist Diploma or Red Seal Sheet Metal Worker certificate
- Proven 5 years experience in commercial sheet metal project management
- Strong knowledge of sheet metal fabrication and installation processes
- Proficiency in management tools and concepts
- Valid Driver’s License and abstract
- Criminal record check may be part of the hiring process
- Excellent reading and interpretation of blueprints and specifications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Forklift certification and/or experience is an asset
- Estimating experience is an asset

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent.

Pay: $85,000.00-$100,000.00 per year

Expected hours: 36 - 40 per week
