Project Manager

Blend Projects Inc is a modern prefab design/build company. We are committed to building innovative, healthy and high quality homes. We are looking for a Project Manager to help us continue to grow and expand.

**Responsibilities**
**Work with internal teams to ensure that projects are on time and within budget.**
- Manage the permitting process in collaboration with our design team
- Manage consultants, and sub-contractors for the duration of the assigned project
- Manage the budget and schedule for each assigned project
- Lead our in-house filed team through manufacturing and construction of each assigned project
- Client communication and expectation setting throughout the project
- Oversee code compliance, quality control, and execution of our homes
- Organize project folders, documentation and specs for all projects
- Work with our in house accounting team to produce project invoices
- Manage all resources required to complete each project

**Skills & Qualifications**
6+ years experience in a construction management role (project manager or similar role) **Strong computer skills (MS Word & Excel).** Strong communication skills (verbal & written). **Strong organizational skills ).** Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously is essential; ability to prioritize is a must. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Ability to work under pressure under direction. In the field construction experience is preferred.

**Ability to commute/relocate**:

- Victoria, BC V8V 3K5: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- in the field Construction: 2 years (preferred)
- Project management: 4 years (required)

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $75,000.00-$95,000.00 per year
