**Project Coordinator (Testing - SAP HR)**

- Help coordinate with integration and the multiple vendors
- Work timelines and coordinate system integration and test changes
- AGILE/Scrum/Jira/Zephyr
- Coordinate complex test executions with stakeholders
- Assisting in standing up the technology upgrade for the lift shift
**DUTIES**
- Coordinate cross stream activities with ERP HR, ERP Technical Teams, our client and Third Party Vendors
- Liaison with third party vendor Project Managers and our client's process owners in facilitating communication and co-ordination on key deliverables
- Work with the HR test lead in co-ordinating Satellite Application testing and defect resolution
- Work with the project team in tracking and managing open action items to successful closure
- Schedule and facilitate key meetings and identify if any escalations are required
- Lead stand up meeting to track detailed status
- Identify key risks, issues and work with others to identify and implement mitigation plans
- Support implementation of project processes, methodologies and tool set
**REQUIRED**
- Previous project management: experience in coordinating activities across multiple teams
- Excellent coordination skills and communication skills
- Attention to detail and has the ability to track detailed status
- Able to work with multiple teams and manage multiple priorities
- Experienced and knowledgeable about project management processes methodologies
- Had coordinated different teams
- Must be someone capable to work efficiently under little supervision
- Must have strong communication skills
- General understanding on Internal systems
- Understanding of data integration across systems
- Experience with integrations and data integration testing
- Experience with different methodologies (Agile / Scrum / Iterative development and Waterfall methodologies)
- HR Systems knowledge
**EXPERIENCE**
- Direct experience of contributing to the success of a range of small-to-medium initiatives with escalating levels of complexity and business criticality
- Experience working with external vendors and/or with multiple stakeholders
- Knowledgeable about data integrations and data integration testing
- Knowledgeable about different delivery methodologies e.g. knowledgeable about agile / scrum / iterative development and waterfall methodologies
