Our client, a Montreal based real estate company is looking for a leasing representative to join their professional and dynamic team.
The job is permanent and the offices are located in Old Montreal.
This is a great opportunity in a company offering many benefits.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**:
Selection and contact with potential clients.
Research and input of various data
Presentation and negotiation of pricing and contractual conditions for the proposed spaces.
Drafting and reviewing various rental documents
Coordination of tenants and supervision of associated construction or development work.
Maintain database and sales resources.
Build and maintain strong relationships with various stakeholders in the occupancy process through regular networking and contact.
Develop communication materials such as flyers, manage websites and social media

**REQUIRED QUALIFICATION**:
2 years of commercial leasing experience.
Excellent knowledge of Ms Office suite
Bilingual in French and English
Possession of a personal vehicle and a valid driver's license is required, as some travel is necessary.
Previous work experience in a similar position, preferably in the same industry, is desired.
Bachelor's degree in finance or accounting (an asset)
Possession of a commercial real estate broker's license
Knowledge of graphic design with software such as Adobe InDesign and Adobe Photoshop.
