**Position Overview**:
We are looking for dependable and enthusiastic Room Attendants to join our team. In this role, you’ll work directly with dogs of all breeds and sizes, ensuring they are safe, comfortable, and having fun throughout the day. You’ll also help maintain clean, organized playrooms and support the rest of the team in providing an exceptional experience for both dogs and their owners.

**Responsibilities**:

- Supervise and engage with dogs in playrooms, ensuring a safe and fun environment
- Monitor dog behavior and energy levels to prevent and safely manage play group issues
- Keep dogs hydrated and stimulated with activities throughout the day
- Clean and sanitize playrooms, kennels, and equipment
- Assist with feeding, nap times, and general care routines
- Maintain accurate records and communicate effectively with the team about each dog’s day
- Ensure all safety protocols and cleaning standards are followed

**Skills and Qualifications**:

- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience working with animals is preferred but not required
- Confidence working with dogs of all breeds, sizes, and temperaments
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- Positive attitude and passion for animal care
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
