Outdoor Flooring Installation Specialist

An Installation Specialist is self sufficient but also a key team player. They should be able to measure, mark, cut and lay tiles matching skyscapes standards. Installers should also be learning from team leads how to plan and layout instillations.

Strong customer service skills required

**Expectations**
- Be on time and ready to work
- Be able to Identify what materials and tools are needed for a job
- Make sure correct material and tools are being loaded correctly in to van
- Bring tile and tools up to job space
- Set up tables and tools
- Measure and mark tiles for cuts
- Cut porcelain, ipe structural and deck tiles
- Efficiently lay and level tiles
- Follow daily check ins and take pictures
- Cleaning and taking down garbage from sites as well as warehouses
- Loading, unloading and cleaning vans

**Required**
- G Liscence
- Ability to work 12 hour shifts MON-FRI
- Ability to work at very high heights
- Ability to lift 45lbs

**Experince**
- Flooring instillation experince is a MUST

This position can be piece rate or hourly depending on the job. Hourly rate will be based on an individual's skill level. Moving to a team lead position will be based on work ethic, leadership skills, and ability to install flooring with a high quality and in a timely fashion.

**Salary**: $19.00-$24.00 per hour
